Doctor Santosh Aphale passed his MBBS examination in year 1987 from GMC, Miraj
He successfully completed his MS (Ophthalmology) from GMC, Miraj in the year 1990.
He worked as Lecturer in department of Ophthalmology at GMC, Miraj
“Nayandeep” was stared in the year 1991 under leadership of Dr. Aphale at Tasgaon
He is founder member and director of Nertaprabha Institute of Refractive Surgery.
Dr. Santosh Aphale played key role in the inception of “Netra Seva Foundation” and currently working as Managing Trustee of this NGO
He held position as President of Sangli District Ophthalmic Association in the year 2012 and is member of Legal Cell Committee of MOS.
He has delivered lectures on Phacoemulsification at Sangli & Kolhapur.
Also he attended prestigious ESCRS conference at Vienna, Austria.
Presently working as Director at Anuradha Super Specialty Eye Hospital (ASSEH), Sangli from 2019
